A family business, three generations in.
Founded in 1934 as M/S Chandmal Hukumchand Jain, CH Group began as a family venture guided by the vision of Seth Hukumchand Ji Jain.
What started as a single cotton ginning and pressing operation has grown into a group of associate firms — M/s Shubham Kumar Rajendra Kumar Jain, SKRK Cotton Pvt. Ltd. and CH Finance Pvt. Ltd. — working across Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Telangana.
Mr. Rajendra Kumar Jain has led the business for over 35 years, drawing on the standards set by Girdharlal Nanhelal Industries, the cotton ginning and pressing factory in Burhanpur that operated for eight decades.
The next generation — Saumik Jain, Shubham Jain and Rachit Jain — now runs the finance, real estate and agro divisions, bringing formal training in accounting, management and equity research to a business built on relationships.

Managing Director
A Chartered Accountant and Symbiosis University graduate who joined in 2015. Drives the finance, investment and real estate divisions, with prior experience at SKP & Co.
Shubham Jain
Managing Director
Entered the cotton ginning business at 20, completing his graduation and MBA alongside. Runs cotton operations and the real estate rental portfolio.
Rachit Jain
Managing Director
An equity research analyst and Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA completed in 2023, with experience at High Point Landmark LLP. Leads investment research.
